The cleaning performance of the D7 is quite impressive. It is able to get rid of an average of 99.8 percent of Cheerios scattered on the floor This is slightly higher than Roomba's 94.6 percent and the Shark Ion R85's 100 percent. The D7 is also able to move well on bare and high-pile carpet.
Another nice feature is the ability to choose between two different cleaning intensities. There's an Eco mode that runs the vacuum quietly and prolongs the time of run, whereas Turbo mode offers the most powerful cleaning. The Turbo mode is loud and can be a nuisance If you're using the D7 to watch TV or work.
The D7 is one of the few robots capable creating and storing multiple floor plans. This is perfect for multi-level houses. It also has a rapid boost feature, which allows it to return to its base to recharge before continuing cleaning. This is especially useful for cleaning areas that are difficult to clean. Neato's mobile app is easy-to-use and regularly updated with new features. For the price, this is among the top robots for thick carpet and pet hair on the market.
2. Eufy RoboVac 11S
Similar to the Neato D7, the Eufy 11S is sleek and low-profile. This makes it possible to get under couches, beds and coffee tables more easily than other robot vacuums. The iLife V3s Pro's cleaning ability is also fairly decent. It did a good job on clean floors and picked up bits of tinsel and mud in my tests. However, it's not as effective as the best robot mops.

Roborock S7 robot vacuum is an excellent value. It boasts impressive technology capabilities. This mid-priced vacuum cleaner performs exactly as well as top-of-the-line models, and is easy to maintain and use. It also has a wide range of features that mimic the features of robots that cost twice its cost. It's a great choice for those who are first-time buyers, upgrading from an entry level model, or anyone who wants to cut down on time spent cleaning.
This robot is equally at home on bare floors as it is on carpet. Its 2,000Pa suction power can take on carpets with heavy-duty. It can even remove pet hair from crevices and cracks in bare floors. It's well built, maneuvers effortlessly, and can be operated using voice commands from Amazon Alexa or Google Assistant for hands-free operation. Its battery is smaller than other models we've tested, however, it has plenty of juice for the majority of homes.
The S7 is also a fantastic mopping robot. It includes a 200ml water tank and a mopping plate that easily connects to the back of the robot. Just add water and a microfiber cloth and the s7 will begin mopping your floors. The s7 will then stop and return to its dock when the mopping is completed.
Its companion application is easy to use and has a clean layout with lots of functions. You can draw a map of your home and set virtual boundaries that the s7 can't cross, create 'no go' zones, or tell it to clear a specific room. You can also track its performance, and check its maintenance history and the current status.
5. Neato Q5 Pro
The Neato Q5 Pro robot vacuum is a versatile machine that is a pro at cleaning bare floors. It also cleans lots of dirt from both high and low pile carpet. It is incredibly built, has a comprehensive range of navigation options and is simple to maintain. It has a shorter maximum battery life and more frequent costs than other models.
The Q5 is among the slowest-moving robots we've examined, but it does have an effective layout algorithm that doesn't require babysitting beyond the first time it traverses an area. It begins by tracing a perimeter, and then fills the interior with parallel lines. When it's done, it returns to its charging station or its starting location if it was able to depart from the base.
It did an excellent job cleaning on hardwood floors by sucking up at most 88% of dirt in each test. It was a bit less successful on high and low carpet however it did better than the standard unit. It also has mopping attachments that can clean up wet spills. We didn't test it.
